Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and manage incoming contacts regarding various issues
• Analyze and resolve problems for member accounts while assisting team members as needed
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• Must have or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar field
