Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fiber Operations Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the resolution of construction-related concerns and communicate with residents regarding repairs and reimbursements
- Provide day-of-job support as the first point of contact for field technicians and local operations teams
- Monitor work orders for quality and accuracy, assist with data collection, and ensure compliance with operational processes
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a telco or internet service provider
- User-experience with scheduling and dispatching software is preferred
- Experience in dispatching, vendor management, and data analytics is an asset
- Knowledge of construction practices is a plus
- Experience with property management or dealing with housing associations is preferred
