Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance for their Experimentation Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Web Experimentation & Feature Stack Experimentation platform
  • Troubleshoot and debug customer issues via Zendesk and phone
  • Ensure Support SLAs and CSAT goals are met while managing the ticket queue
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience in a developer role or supporting a modern web app
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, and JavaScript libraries
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and debugging JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or Telecommunications preferred, or equivalent working experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
