Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance for their Experimentation Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Web Experimentation & Feature Stack Experimentation platform
- Troubleshoot and debug customer issues via Zendesk and phone
- Ensure Support SLAs and CSAT goals are met while managing the ticket queue
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in a developer role or supporting a modern web app
- Good understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, and JavaScript libraries
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and debugging JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or Telecommunications preferred, or equivalent working experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
