A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
- Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
- Work in a high-volume production environment
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
- Ability to work full-time, Sunday-Thursday from 10pm-6:30am EST
- Comfortable with remote work and call center operations
- Completion of health screenings and vaccinations as required by clients
- No employment sponsorship eligibility
