Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm
- Place outbound calls and communicate effectively with customers

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in a production environment
- Flexibility to work any shift, including nights and weekends
