Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Work from Home).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm
• Place outbound calls and communicate effectively with customers
• Deliver timely resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment
• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in a production environment
• Flexibility to work any shift, including nights and weekends
