Key Responsibilities

- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on missing items or funds
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience preferred
- Experience in the insurance industry or call center environment
- Associate's degree in business or related field
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
