Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer communication and expectations while providing support via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and debug customer problems, acting as a liaison to various internal teams
  • Escalate critical issues to management and participate in the on-call rotation for the assigned product team


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a related technical field
  • 5 years of experience in enterprise software customer support and/or IT-related support
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows-based Desktop and Server OS; Mac OS knowledge preferred
  • Strong dedication to customer care and team interaction skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer technical needs
