Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer communication and expectations while providing support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and debug customer problems, acting as a liaison to various internal teams
- Escalate critical issues to management and participate in the on-call rotation for the assigned product team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a related technical field
- 5 years of experience in enterprise software customer support and/or IT-related support
- Proficient knowledge of Windows-based Desktop and Server OS; Mac OS knowledge preferred
- Strong dedication to customer care and team interaction skills
- Ability to understand and analyze customer technical needs
