Key Responsibilities
- Ensure client service and experience excellence
- Collaborate with delivery leadership to optimize services and meet client needs
- Act as an escalation point for client and team delivery issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP) or Cloud Service Providers (CSP)
- At least five years in a leadership role in Client Success Management
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably Microsoft PowerBI and ServiceNow
- Preferred AWS, Azure, and Security certifications or accreditations
- BS Degree in Business or a Technology-related field preferred
