Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist (MA and NH Licensed).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret clinician's notes for prior authorization approvals and care plan recommendations
• Monitor patient adherence and evaluate therapies for side effects or medication-related issues
• Provide medication therapy management and oversee support personnel compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree required
• Must be a licensed Pharmacist in MA and NH
• 1+ years of experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of complex/chronic disease states and specialty medications preferred
• Commitment to obtaining any additional required licensure within an agreed timeframe
