Job Summary
A company is looking for a Long Term Services & Support Utilization Management Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, generate, and track correspondence, faxes, and authorizations related to healthcare service reviews
- Interact with providers and staff to facilitate the receipt of information for timely review and response
- Perform data entry of authorizations and maintain operational reports to ensure compliance and accuracy
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Work experience in a healthcare setting is required
- Knowledge of medical terminology is required
- 1 to 3 years of general office or customer service experience is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary
