Key Responsibilities
  • Own and resolve complex customer technical issues through collaboration and troubleshooting
  • Drive technical collaboration with various teams and advocate for customer needs
  • Create and curate knowledge-base articles to assist customers in self-service
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software environment
  • 3+ years of experience in solving complex technical problems
  • Strong database skills and familiarity with scripting languages and web technologies
  • Experience with cloud technologies and understanding of network terminologies
  • Bachelor's of Science or equivalent professional experience
