Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software environment
- 3+ years of experience in solving complex technical problems
- Strong database skills and familiarity with scripting languages and web technologies
- Experience with cloud technologies and understanding of network terminologies
- Bachelor's of Science or equivalent professional experience
