Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Counselor (LCSW or LMFT).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family counseling sessions for patients ages 6+
• Develop and implement treatment plans and collaborate with PMHNP on patient care
• Provide crisis intervention services and conduct patient assessments

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LCSW and/or LMFT program
• Valid state license or ability to obtain one
• Must be in good standing with no restrictions to practice in the state
• Mandatory Reporter certification
• Current residence in the state of Iowa
