Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Support Associate - Payment Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to resident and property employee inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Coordinate and process tasks and requests while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Manage ledger adjustments, returned payments, and payment-related support tickets
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of related experience in property management or customer service
  • Experience in real estate or property management operations preferred
  • Familiarity with YARDI and Microsoft Office is preferred
  • Understanding of database concepts and resident ledgers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
