A company is looking for a Property Support Associate - Payment Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to resident and property employee inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Coordinate and process tasks and requests while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
- Manage ledger adjustments, returned payments, and payment-related support tickets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of related experience in property management or customer service
- Experience in real estate or property management operations preferred
- Familiarity with YARDI and Microsoft Office is preferred
- Understanding of database concepts and resident ledgers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
