- Analyze client administrative details and tax forms while maintaining entity identifiers
- Capture user feedback and work with a global team to improve products and services

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Experience with internet-based applications
- Ability to identify and escalate issues effectively
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
