A company is looking for a Sleep Medicine Procedural Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-registers patients and schedules diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, office visits, and referrals
- Handles a high volume of incoming calls and ensures professional and timely responses
- Maintains accurate procedure schedules and coordinates pre and post procedural appointments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Two years of experience in call center or scheduling in a healthcare environment required
- Previous customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment required
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedure scheduling is required
- Experience handling a large volume of incoming calls is required
