A company is looking for a Patient Care Contact Center Representative (Bilingual).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound patient referral and inquiry calls, documenting information in the CRM system
- Triage and manage patient referrals, determining the best fit location for domestic and international patients
- Assist with medical record requests and provide support for multiple Shriners Children's locations
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of work experience in a healthcare office setting
- 1 year of medical terminology experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- High School Diploma/GED
- Fully Bilingual (verbal/written) in both English and Spanish
