Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Manager for Treasury Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to enhance support processes and serve as the primary support liaison for less experienced associates
- Establish and monitor departmental goals, manage staff performance, and implement changes to improve efficiency
- Create measurement reporting to analyze client trends and identify departmental inefficiencies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Treasury Support or implementation in a Financial Institution, OR
- High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Treasury Support or implementation in a Financial Institution
- Experience building out a team
- Experience managing a support/implementation team within Treasury Management
- Experience managing a call center that supports business clients
