Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Manager for Treasury Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts to enhance support processes and serve as the primary support liaison for less experienced associates
  • Establish and monitor departmental goals, manage staff performance, and implement changes to improve efficiency
  • Create measurement reporting to analyze client trends and identify departmental inefficiencies


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Treasury Support or implementation in a Financial Institution, OR
  • High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Treasury Support or implementation in a Financial Institution
  • Experience building out a team
  • Experience managing a support/implementation team within Treasury Management
  • Experience managing a call center that supports business clients
