Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert in the platform and product suite
- Partner with customers to drive successful implementations and understand their definition of success
- Deliver engaging, web-based training sessions and maintain training curricula to support product adoption
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience delivering web-based training for B2B software
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Experience with web conferencing tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
- Proficiency in Chrome, other web-based applications, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
