Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls for healthcare inquiries
  • Ensure a positive experience for members through effective call management
  • Perform additional duties as assigned while maintaining inquiry accuracy and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Call center experience preferred; health insurance experience is a plus
  • Minimum typing speed of 30-35 words per minute preferred
  • Must have a private workstation and reliable internet connection
