A company is looking for an Agency Experience Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for agent partners regarding policy inquiries and changes
- Process endorsements, cancellations, and updates to agency information
- Serve as a liaison between the underwriting department and agents to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications and Education
- 3+ years of experience in insurance sales support or related service experience
- Experience in a remote call center service environment
- Property & Casualty Producer license in home state, with willingness to pursue licensing in other states
- Knowledge of commercial insurance and compliance requirements
- Expertise with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, SharePoint, and Power Automate
