Key Responsibilities
- Verify callers' information to connect them with appropriate insurance providers
- Provide customer support through scripted, fast-paced phone calls
- Encourage customers to engage with licensed insurance agents
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Must reside in the United States (excluding CA, NY, PA, WA)
- Successful completion of a background check
- Personal computer with Windows 11 operating system
- Wired USB headset with microphone (gaming headsets not accepted)
- Broadband internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed
