Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule routine and complex primary care and specialty appointments
  • Perform full patient registration during calls and verify insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Collaborate with back office teams to ensure timely communication of patient needs
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role or similar setting required
  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Proficient computer keyboard skills
