Key Responsibilities
- Schedule routine and complex primary care and specialty appointments
- Perform full patient registration during calls and verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Collaborate with back office teams to ensure timely communication of patient needs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role or similar setting required
- Experience in a high-volume call center environment is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient computer keyboard skills
