Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guest Services Specialist to support guests from pre-arrival through departure in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely pre-arrival instructions and respond to guest inquiries within a 2-hour SLA
  • Troubleshoot common issues and coordinate solutions while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to ensure guest needs are met and communicate service updates
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in guest services, hospitality, property management, or corporate housing
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and systems effectively
  • Willingness to participate in an after-hours, rotating On-Call program
