Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warranty Claims Processor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review dealer claims for warranty reimbursement and ensure accurate processing
• Communicate necessary claim corrections and guide dealers through the reimbursement process
• Maintain relationships with dealerships to provide excellent customer experiences

Required Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (bachelor's degree or higher preferred)
• Automotive repair experience of at least 3 years
• Knowledge of the working mechanics of vehicles
• 1 year or more of customer service experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills
