Job Summary
A company is looking for a Warranty Claims Processor (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review dealer claims for warranty reimbursement and ensure accurate processing
- Communicate necessary claim corrections and guide dealers through the reimbursement process
- Maintain relationships with dealerships to provide excellent customer experiences
Required Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (bachelor's degree or higher preferred)
- Automotive repair experience of at least 3 years
- Knowledge of the working mechanics of vehicles
- 1 year or more of customer service experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills
