Senior Enrollment Operations Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TEMP BPO Senior Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files
• Provide support for the eligibility load process and coordinate issue resolution
• Research and correct errors in membership and primary care physician data

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts from Sunday to Saturday, 7am to 8pm EST
• Experience working in a team environment
• Familiarity with MS Office applications
• Exposure to client interaction preferred
• Ability to handle overtime and weekend work as needed
