Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Processor LPO.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifies coverage, sets up new claims, and assigns appropriate personnel
- Documents claims and handles incoming correspondence related to claims inquiries
- Performs daily activities including tracking claims status and managing customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience, preferably in auto insurance
- Basic knowledge of word processing and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Capable of performing sedentary tasks for long periods and lifting up to 20 lbs
