A company is looking for a Representative I PACT-FT Day/Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls efficiently using a telephone answering platform while adhering to standard protocols
- Maintain expert knowledge of database applications and ensure patient privacy
- Facilitate patient requests safely and effectively, utilizing active listening and critical thinking skills
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Superior customer service skills and/or call center experience preferred
- One year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Experience with computer applications, preferably Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of principles of growth and development relevant to the patient population served
