Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative I PACT-FT Day/Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer calls efficiently using a telephone answering platform while adhering to standard protocols
  • Maintain expert knowledge of database applications and ensure patient privacy
  • Facilitate patient requests safely and effectively, utilizing active listening and critical thinking skills
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Superior customer service skills and/or call center experience preferred
  • One year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
  • Experience with computer applications, preferably Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of principles of growth and development relevant to the patient population served
