Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative - Pre Registration.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with registration and provide information about services and estimated wait times
• Verify insurance coverage, collect co-payments, and manage patient financial information
• Ensure accurate entry of patient demographic and insurance information into the system

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2 years of experience in Patient Access or related fields
• Intermediate math skills acquired through classroom work or work experience
• Knowledge of State & Federal regulations governing Medicare and Medicaid registrations
• Ability to work flexible hours based on departmental needs
• Experience in a customer service-oriented environment
