Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I - SHP (Remote Option).

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure positive customer interactions with members regarding Medicare Advantage or Commercial/Marketplace products
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Escalate complex issues to a Benefit Specialist as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer service
  • Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in business administration
  • Preferred: Experience in a health insurance call center
  • Preferred: State of Wisconsin Insurance Agent's license
  • Remote applicants must confirm internet speeds of at least 50 download and 10 upload
