Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I - SHP (Remote Option).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure positive customer interactions with members regarding Medicare Advantage or Commercial/Marketplace products
- Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to a Benefit Specialist as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of two years' experience in customer service
- Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in business administration
- Preferred: Experience in a health insurance call center
- Preferred: State of Wisconsin Insurance Agent's license
