Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Contact Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits
- Address customer needs, complaints, and service issues effectively
- Build lasting relationships with customers and meet call center metrics
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment
- Experience in outbound sales is a plus
- Proficiency in using software and databases, including MS Office
- Ability to type 40 WPM, with 60 WPM preferred
- Must have a Windows-based laptop/desktop with video-calling capabilities
