Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering Member and Provider inquiries respectfully and courteously
- Utilize proprietary systems to respond to inquiries and fulfill requests while adhering to service standards
- Coordinate communication between Members, Providers, and Client Representatives to ensure a seamless service experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Preferred knowledge and experience in the insurance, health, or vision care industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
