Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Reviewer - Arkansas Behavioral Health License (Remote within Arkansas).

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records against criteria and complete prior authorization and quality reviews for behavioral health services
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to monitor provider trends and recommend policies and procedures
• Maintain client confidentiality and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arkansas licensure in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Master's degree in a related behavioral health field
• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health settings conducting utilization reviews or case management
• Knowledge of medical and psychological terminology and mental health assessment tools
• Familiarity with government-funded behavioral health programs and their policies
