Art Director / Illustrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Art Director / Illustrator to lead the visual aspects of live-operated mobile titles.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the visual style of live ops content, producing high-quality key art and illustrative assets
• Oversee internal artists and manage external vendors, providing feedback and direction for consistent quality
• Optimize and maintain art pipelines for efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams for asset integration

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in game development or illustration, with at least 3 years in a live ops or mobile game environment
• Strong illustration and visual design skills with a polished portfolio of game or entertainment-related art
• Experience managing artists and vendors, including writing briefs and delivering consistent art direction
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with art pipelines and asset management tools
• Experience with mobile free-to-play games and live content schedules is a major plus
