User Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes and prototypes in Figma based on user goals and product needs
• Leverage and evolve a design system using the Telerik UI component library
• Conduct usability testing and collaborate with software engineers to create user-friendly software

Required Qualifications

• At least four years' experience designing software for health plan and health care provider users
• At least two years' experience using Figma for wireframes and prototypes
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and best practices
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Familiarity with health care software development methodologies and lifecycles
