Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to manage the creation and optimization of consumer-facing web and native financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute large-scale design projects and mentor junior designers while improving UX design processes
• Design consistent and engaging customer experiences across responsive websites and native mobile apps
• Create design deliverables based on iterative UX research and usability testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Interaction Design/UX, or a similar field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in research, UX, and product design
• Solid portfolio of demonstrated work
• Understanding of front-end application development as it pertains to design
• Experience designing for customer-facing applications in financial or related industries
