Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Art Director to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the overall artistic vision for 2D/3D animations
• Conduct scientific research and collaborate with medical writers and storyboard artists to create compelling narratives
• Oversee a team of animators and ensure successful project completion while maintaining client communication

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Science degree required; graduate of a Biomedical Communications discipline preferred
• 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment
• Advanced understanding of 3D animation software such as Autodesk Maya or 3DS Max
• Excellent competency in Adobe software and all aspects of 2D animation production
• Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching a small team
