Job Summary

A company is looking for an Art Director-Callisto.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of creative strategies for assigned imprints, ensuring strong market positioning
• Design and art-direct compelling, high-impact book covers and interiors, from concept to final production
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and sales teams to align creative vision with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in book publishing design or a related creative field
• Proven expertise in graphic design, typography, and art direction
• Strong knowledge of bookmaking and printing processes, including prepress production
• Proficiency in Mac-based design tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
