Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead user experience design for a suite of products serving retailers and their end-customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX vision and strategy for assigned product pillar, designing seamless experiences
• Design for complex systems, creating intuitive workflows and data-rich interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to translate business needs into design solutions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio in complex B2B SaaS and consumer-facing applications
• Ability to think strategically about product vision and execution
• Proven experience in designing user-centric solutions for complex systems
• Expertise in interaction design and modern design tools like Figma
• Fluency in leveraging AI tools throughout the design process
