Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product leaders and stakeholders to represent user voices and integrate feedback into design solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic discovery and advocate for best practices in UX processes
• Lead design efforts and mentor junior design staff while establishing consistent design patterns across products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional experience in product design
• Mastery in at least two core design disciplines, with expertise in two others
• Foundation knowledge in AI, Natural Language, and Machine Learning
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels
• Strong organization and analytic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex content into user scenarios
