Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in brand storytelling and design strategy
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-driven design tools
- Experience in digital and print production
- Ability to balance creative ambition with regulatory requirements in pharma marketing
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills for junior designers
