A company is looking for a Product Design Manager who will manage a design team and tackle complex design challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Design, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams and coaching designers
• Strong portfolio showcasing leadership in delivering high-craft experiences
• Experience delivering 0-1 products from concept to launch
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup environments with a learning and growth mindset
