Conversation Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversation Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user experience research and usability tests to inform design decisions
• Design interaction designs for complex applications, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Create wireframes and prototypes to represent product concepts and communicate design ideas

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience with IVR and Chatbot experiences
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field and 2-4 years of related experience
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe CC, Sketch, and InVision
• Proven ability to analyze problems and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
