Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to craft intuitive product experiences and lead design processes for new features and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, including prototyping, writing proposals, and collaborating with engineering
• Understand user needs and business goals to enhance product experiences and drive growth
• Develop and expand the design system to ensure consistency and quality across all product surfaces

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Product Design experience with a strong portfolio
• Experience shipping features for consumer-facing products, preferably in early-stage startups
• Proficiency in Figma and a prototyping tool of choice
• Ability to make informed design decisions that positively impact product success
• Comfort with ambiguity and simplifying complex ideas
