Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complex service design engagements, integrating practices into project management
- Act as the primary client contact for service design, ensuring alignment between user needs and client goals
- Implement mixed-method discovery approaches to inform service design strategy and validate design assumptions
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in service design leadership with a focus on user experience and business outcomes
- Strong research proficiency in both undefined and defined problem spaces
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple high-profile projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively within teams
- Experience in a client services organization is preferred but not required
