Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Creative Operations, DesignOps, or Program Management
- Deep knowledge of creative workflows, tools, and production processes
- Experience leading cross-functional process design and operational rollouts
- Comfortable working across departments and solving technical challenges
- Bonus: Background in design or creative project management, and experience with AI-powered services
