User Experience Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a User Experience Researcher to collaborate with the UX Designer in enhancing user experiences for SMBs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities in complex configuration tasks
• Develop and execute research plans, translating findings into actionable insights and design recommendations
• Collaborate with the UX Designer to create wireframes, workflows, and prototypes that enhance user-centered design

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX research for enterprise SaaS or configuration-heavy applications
• Strong background in qualitative research methods and familiarity with quantitative methods
• Experience synthesizing research findings and presenting them to cross-functional teams
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and engineers
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
