Senior User Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer for their Commercial Banking Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic monitoring and enhancement of the digital user experience for banking products and services
• Provide support for digital products and corporate initiatives, including mentoring less experienced designers
• Conduct user testing to ensure successful design implementation and analyze user engagement results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in User Design, or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in User Design
• Preferred experience in the Financial Services Industry and Commercial Banking Platforms
• Experience working in design systems and conducting user research
• Proficiency in Figma, Jira, and Confluence
• Ability to work within an Agile environment and understanding of payments products for commercial banking clients
