UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Designer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design improvements
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while ensuring consistency across products
• Lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio
• Experience designing complex workflows for financial applications
• Proficiency in user research methods and translating insights into design
• Understanding of design systems and component-based design
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
