Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Understand user and business goals while analyzing product market and competitors
• Define information architecture, user journeys, and personas while advocating for UX
• Iterate designs based on customer insights from research and usability sessions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4-8 years of relevant design experience
• Experience with UX Design Process and Design Thinking/Human-Centered Design
• Proficiency with prototyping design tools, such as Figma
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• Experience in FinTech or Finance is a plus
