Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to enhance user experience across their web application and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user research efforts to identify pain points and validate design hypotheses
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate and performant design implementation
• Enhance and maintain the design system, UI component library, and style guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on UX design experience for complex web applications or developer platforms
• Strong understanding of product security and software supply chain security
• Proven experience designing AI-enhanced experiences or agentic interfaces
• Expert proficiency with rapid prototyping tools and familiarity with AI-augmented design workflows
• Deep understanding of interaction design principles and user research methodologies
